Return Period
You have 14 days after receipt to return an item to us.

Conditions
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with its packaging.

How to Make a Return
Contact us by email at mkskits1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with the procedure to follow.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our part.

Refund
Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or model, please return the item and place a new order.
