Refund

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

∙ Unworn and unwashed

∙ In its original condition

∙ In its original packaging

Worn, washed, or damaged items will not be refunded.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund period

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable items

Promotional or sale items are not eligible for a refund.
